Set right on the Weligama Bay with direct access to the beach, Sānti is one of the handful of waterfront beach villas with a pool in Weligama. While Weligama is famous for it's surfing waves, the surf in front of Sānti is calmer, ideal for those learning to surf. The sea is shallow with no reefs or rocks, making it perfect for surfing and swimming. This stretch of beach is set away from the main Weligama surf area, therefore it is peaceful and almost private.

The pool at Sānti meanders around the dining area and is lined with King Coconut trees and plants, creating a little oasis. There is an awning clad gazebo with seating and dining, and sun-beds with temple umbrellas set around the pool deck and gardens, facing the ocean.
